Information handled by this release

The pages and animation do not send form input or customer documents to a model. The fictional enterprise fixture loads from the same site. Animation controls operate in the browser without saving a user profile. This product adds no analytics beacon, advertising pixel, third-party font or tracking cookie. The hosting provider necessarily handles request and connection information to deliver pages; account-level logging and retention settings require owner verification.

The email link opens your mail service. Sending a message shares its contents and your email metadata with the recipient’s email services. The recorded mailbox is contact@contextualagentic.com. Its current recipient routing, incoming delivery, access, retention and deletion process still need owner confirmation. Include only a high-level business question initially. Do not send sensitive customer or employee material, credentials or private documents.

The site does not confirm receipt, promise a response time or automatically create a business engagement. Existing CAE and Contextual Trust websites have separate capabilities and notices; opening those links takes you to those services.

Before a real engagement collects evidence

Agree the responsible service operator and client owners, purpose, classification, minimum required data, permitted processing locations, subprocessors, access roles and retention/deletion process. Establish a privacy contact and a procedure for access or deletion requests. Approve a data-handling basis before any customer material is supplied to a model provider.

Design tenant separation and least privilege before customer storage. Record source provenance, versions and review status. Treat documents and retrieved passages as evidence, not instructions. Test hostile document content, permission changes and deletion propagation. Require auditable human decisions for consequential effects, and test incident response and recovery.

Educational and commercial boundaries

CAE is an independent proposed framework and architectural synthesis. Diagrams, schemas and mappings are explanatory designs. They are not a certification, legal opinion, provider endorsement, deployed integration or guaranteed result. All worked cases and animation data are fictional. Product names identify documented candidates and remain their respective owners’ marks.

The discovery offer is human-led and subject to agreed scope, availability, pricing and terms. No legal entity, registration, insurance, accreditation, delivery team size or customer result is asserted here. Confirm the contracting entity, applicable terms, privacy arrangements and actual delivery capacity before accepting an engagement or payment.

Accessibility and limitations

The pages use semantic headings, labelled navigation, keyboard-operable controls and visible focus. The animation offers pause and manual steps, respects reduced-motion preferences, and includes a text alternative.
